Bibliofil
Your digital library card. Using this app you can borrow books, order them and have an overview of what you’ve loaned. You also have access to several services in the library system. You can download the app through the App store or Google play.

Bookbites
You can borrow e-books through the Bookbites app. To get started:
- Download the app through App store or Google play.
- Setup a user for Bookbites.
- Log in using your library card number and pin code (contact us if you have forgotten or lost either).
- Borrow books.
In the app there are both e-books in norwegian and english with audiobooks as well.
National library of Norway
The national library of Norway offers a digital collection of scanned books, newspapers, periodicals and manuscripts. Although most of its collection is in norwegian, there are a sizeable amount of english book scanned with the possibility to search for materials in english. Great for looking up old material.
Onleihe - German digital library
Through the Goethe-Institute in Norway. You have access to a large collection of german litterature, audiobooks, newspapers and school books. Check out their collection.
Pressreader
Read over 4000 publications and journals online for free.
All you need is a library card from Flekkefjord Public Library.
You can also login to Pressreader through my profile on our web cataloge or the bibliofil app.
TIBI - Library for adapted literature
The Norwegian Library of Talking books and Braille creates a collection of books for people with reading disabilties. Through their collection you can get audiobooks of academic texts and modern litterature. They also have a large collection of childrens books avaliable to be used. Contact them if you need books due to reading disabilities or blindness.

SCUP
SCUP is Scandinavian University Press’ digital publishing platform for academic journals and books. You can browse and read more than 32,000 quality assured journal articles and book chapters within a range of disciplines, and new articles, issues, journals and books are continuously being added. You can only view the articles if you are logged onto the librarys internet
Ordnett
Ordnett is a digital dictonary where you can lookup word meanings, how to spell words and how they are used. There are six available languages with this service.
